We mail a notice to our stockholders advising that our proxy statement, annual report to stockholders and related materials are available for viewing, free of charge, on the Internet. Stockholders may then access these materials and vote over the Internet or request delivery of a full set of materials by mail or email. We began mailing the required notice, called Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials, to stockholders on or about June 4, 2018.

How do I vote my shares?

The Notice of Internet Availability and the related proxy statement will provide detailed instructions on how to vote your AVX Corporation shares over the Internet, by phone or by mail. To vote over the Internet, you will be asked to enter your control number to ensure the security of your vote. You will find your control number on your Notice of Internet Availability, Proxy Card or Voting Instruction Form received with your Proxy Statement. If you requested and received your proxy materials electronically, your control number is contained in the email you received.
